Lot of speculation around this one, but it would be hard to say because of her pregnancy, and if she decided to breastfeed even harder, because they may stay that size for a while to go back to the previous look (or close to that). That could be the explanation to why her breasts are still big.

When moms decide not to breastfeed the size of the breasts usually go back to the previous one in couple of days after delivery, when the breasts kind of "realize" that they don't need to prepare anymore for breastfeeding.
